Happy Friday Creative$! Spring has begun and we need all our energies for Aries Season hahah!!! Na but seriously, peep below for our super easy, delicious Green Smoothie Bowl by our  Guest Chef  Bri  perfect for that boost of energy! Exclusively on zinzabell.com . Enjoy! Green Smoothie Bowl Ingredients: -1c. spinach -1 frozen banana -1/2c plain greek yogurt -1/2c unsweetened vanilla almond milk -1/4 avocado -1/4 tsp. spirulina powder -1/2 tbl. chia seeds -1 tsp. vanilla extract -cinnamon Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings; like unsweetened coconut chips and berries!

You've been warned! 😝💙 Double Chocolate Raspberry Muffins *Makes about 10 Ingredients:  -1c kodiak cakes buttermilk mix -1/2c cocoa powder -1/4tsp baking soda -1tsp cinnamon -pinch of salt -1/2c coconut sugar -1/4c coconut oil -1/2c unsweetened vanilla almond milk -1 egg -1/2 tsp vanilla extract -1/2c raspberries, chopped -1/2 bar taza raspberry crunch dark chocolate bar, chopped Preheat oven to 350°. Happy Hall🎃ween Creative$! We have a spooky receipe for you below thanks to our amazing Guest Chef Brianna Meurer ! It's a healthy base before all that candy and celebrating ;-)! Peep below for this tasty creepy appetizer 🎃🎃! Greek Graveyard Dip Ingredients : 1c plain greek yogurt 1/4c feta 3/4c chopped tomato 8oz or more of hummus spread on top Handful of pine nuts 1c chopped cucumbers 1/3c chopped green onion 1/3c chopped black olives Bag of sea salt pita chips Olive tempanade Directions : Scoop the greek yogurt into a pie dish and spread evenly. Top with feta and chopped tomato and then lightly press them down into the greek yogurt. Slowly spread a full tub of hummus (I used Trader Joes organic original one but feel free to use a garlic or pine nut one) over the the greek yogurt to cover those ingredients. Enjoy!! 🍎🍏🥦  🥗  Mayo -Free Creamy Broccoli Apple Salad Ingredients: -4 cups fresh broccoli -2 large apples, chopped -1 cup shredded carrots -1/2 cup dried, unsweetend apricots -1/2 cup chopped red onions -1/2 chopped toasted pecans -1 cup plain greek yogurt -2 tbsp lemon juice (about half a large lemon) -1 tsp apple cider vinegar -1 tsp honey -1/4 tsp salt -Generous amount of fresh ground pepper 1. Preheat the oven to 350° 2. Soak the chopped red onion in apple cider vinger to dilute the harshness and set aside. 3. Place the chopped pecans on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 5 minutes or so. 4. Meanwhile, in a large bowl combine the broccoli, apples, shredded carrot and apricots. 5. Happy Fourth of July Creative$! Show off with this quick homemade salsa recipe. Thanks to our chef Brianna for this tasty salsa perfect for a summer snack! Fresh Homemade Salsa Ingredients: -3 cloves of garlic -1 jalapeno, deseeded and chopped -8 roma tomatoes , deseeded and chopped  -Half of a small red onion, chopped and marinated in red wine vinegar for at least an hour -Juice from one lime -1 to 2 tbsp red wine vinegar -Pepper -Pinch of salt Directions: Mince the garlic. Saute the garlic and jalapeno in a small pan for 3-4 minutes. Meanwhile, chop and deseed the roma tomatoes. Throw the tomatoes in a bowl and add the chopped red onion, lime juice, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper to taste. Once the garlic jalapenos are done, let cool then add them to the bowl. Mix to combine. Place in the fridge for at least a half hour. Serve and enjoy with your favorite chips!
