As always, thanks to our lady chef Brianna for sharing this tasty treat sure to keep you cool and drooling all summer 18! Enjoy! Nice Cream Ingredients : -4 frozen bananas -2 dates -1 tsp. vanilla extract -dash of cinnamon *Optional: Cacao nibs or dark chocolate chips Peanut Butter Cookie Ingredients : -1 cup almond flour -1/4 cup oat flour -1 tsp baking soda -1 tsp cinnamon -1/4 tsp sea salt -1 egg -1/2 cup creamy peanut butter -1/4 cup oat milk or almond milk -3 tbsp coconut oil -1/3 cup coconut sugar -1 tsp honey -1 tsp vanilla extract Directions : Place all frozen bananas, dates and vanilla extract in a food processor. and process until smooth.
